Lund's Greek Community - Your Community
Welcome to Grekiska Föreningen i Lund – a vibrant non-profit community that brings together Greeks, friends of Greece, and everyone interested in Greek culture, history, and traditions. Our association serves as a meeting point for social, cultural, and educational activities that strengthen the bonds within our community and build bridges with the wider society in Lund and Skåne.
Our mission
A central part of our mission is education. We provide classes following the Greek educational program for children from 3 years old up to teenagers, helping the younger generation preserve their language and cultural identity while growing up in Sweden.
Through cultural evenings, language courses, social gatherings, and celebrations of Greek traditions, we create a warm, inclusive environment for all generations. Whether you are a long-time resident, a student, or simply curious about Greek culture, you are welcome to join us, share experiences, and contribute to our growing community.
Our mission is simple: to keep the spirit of Greece alive in Lund — fostering friendship, solidarity, education, and cultural exchange.
